How to request a show

Check the Regions, schedules, and locations page to determine what days we are scheduled to be in your area.
1) determine what color(s) your area is (eg. Bountiful is green and purple).

2) Rank the Hit Parade dates in your area by your preference.
3) If late morning (AM) or early afternoon (PM) or evening (EVE) is preferred please indicate also.
